The house is situated in a quite remote area where someone can enjoy watching the bright stars at night and in the morning experience pure serenity. You will only be disturbed by a rooster every now and then.

The space
Following the island’s traditional architectural style, the villa is made of the famous local stone. There are three large verandas overlooking the port and the infinite Aegean blue. The house is spanning over two levels and possesses a three level lovely garden full of herbs that can be used for cooking and various Aegean plants and flowers. At the upper level there is a spacious terrace with a pergola-covered dining area, under which there is a monastery wooden table that accommodates up to 8 people. The main level consists of the entrance, the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that sits up to 6 people and a sweet living room with a built in fireplace, a roof fan,TV, DVD and CD player and a WC. At the ground level there is a stylish master bedroom (king size bed) with en suite bathroom and a cosy double bedroom (queen size bed) with a bathroom and shower. Both rooms open to the lower level terrace and have access to the garden. The house by itself is very cool in the summer time and there is no need for any air conditioning.
The house has easy access, is situated 3 minutes drive from Ioulis (the main town) and is very close to the main road. It is ideal for couples wishing to enjoy a romantic and relaxing holiday to an elegant destination and also for families of up to 4, wishing to explore the numerous beaches, sites and cultural spaces of the island of KEA.
